Como organizar equipes de pesquisa

"[P]ara fazer ciência, é preciso saber trabalhar em equipe" (SACCO; HABIGZANG. Como formar e gerir equipes de pesquisa. In: KOLLER; COUTO; HOHENDORFF (Orgs). Manual de Produção Científica. Porto Alegre: Penso, 2014)

Para os autores, o trabalho em equipe é fundamental para o desenvolvimento científico e pode gerar benefícios para todos os envolvidos (2014, p. 179)

Adiante, os autores (2014, p. 180) afirmam que não é preciso nada de especial para obter a ajuda de outras pessoas em sua pesquisa.

Concluindo esta breve exposição, os autores apontam para o tópico seguinte como forma de gerenciar uma equipe com estudantes de graduação e profissionais.

De tal modo, abordarei o processo de seleção de integrantes, contrato de trabalho, planejamento de atividades e o relacionamento intragrupos, a avaliação do trabalho desenvolvido e o processo de aprendizagem (trabalho de equipe) (2014, p. 180)

Constituição da Equipe

Após a leitura dos autores, tiramos algumas conclusões:

1) Determinar o tempo de duração da pesquisa;
2) Determinar o período da graduação dos alunos;

Isto porque, se o grupo for permanente, não adiantaria convocar alunos do último ano, o que não teria problema se o grupo fosse com tempo determinado.

Além disso, alunos(as) dos primeiros anos, geralmente, possuem mais tempo para participar das pesquisas.

Já alunos(as) do meio do curso possuem alguma experiência acadêmica para desenvolver determinadas atividades científicas, como coletas de dados e realização de questionários e entrevistas.

3) Escolher o processo de seleção

Este pode ocorrer por alguns modos (combinados ou não).

3.1) Entrevistas; 3.2) Análise de currículo; 3.3) Provas (escrita / oral).

A divulgação, por sua vez, pode ocorrer: i) edital; ii) redes sociais; iii) e-mail; iv) salas de aula (com autorização do professor).

4) Determinar tarefas e atribuições dos escolhidos.

4.1) leituras de trabalhos, livros etc.;
4.2) fichamentos;
4.3) exposição dos temas lidos;
4.4) redação de artigos, publicação (livros, jornais, revistas) com indicação do grupo;
4.5) divulgação nas redes sociais;
4.6) divulgação em site/blog do grupo;
4.7) periodicidade dos encontros.

Coordenação da Equipe

"Toda pesquisa deve ter um cronograma com a previsão de tarefas para cada mês de execução" (SACCO; HABIGZANG) - Tarefas individuais / coletivas.

Plano de atividades:

1) estudo do projeto;
2) revisões de literatura;
3) coleta e análise de dados;
4) escrita de artigos;
5) preparação e participação em eventos científicos.

Neste sentido, importante conhecer outros grupos de pesquisa do mesmo tema.

Além disso, importante também realizar reuniões para acompanhar e avaliar atividades, como controle, para melhorar o grupo.

Igualmente, deve-se valorizar cada indivíduo, como suas ideias e participações, dando-lhes feedback.

"O que aprendemos hoje?"; "Quais tarefas foram estabelecidas até a próxima reunião?"; e "Como podemos avaliar o que produzimos hoje?". Para saber se o encontro atingiu sua meta e saber se o exposto foi compreendido.

Neste contexto, deve-se ter um bom relacionamento interpessoal, para facilitar o bom andamento das pesquisas no grupo.

Fundamental: "a participação na pesquisa pode potencializar o raciocínio reflexivo e crítico, contribuindo para flexibilização de pensamentos e construção de lógicas alternativas para compreensão do fenômeno pesquisado". (SACCO; HABIGZANG)

Os autores, caminhando para o fim, indicam que o líder do grupo será um bom coordenador de equipe no momento em que souber ceder espaço aos colaboradores e os acompanhar afetiva, ativa e participativa das conquistas.

Outro ponto trata-se de conciliar produtividade e diversão para o sucesso da pesquisa.

Finalmente, importante compartilhar conhecimentos e trabalhar em equipe. Sozinhos o sucesso será improvável.
